How can I change the data of my order bill?

In order to modify the delivery data or your addresses you must access your user account, where you will find the section "Personal Data". From there you can modify your data and keep it updated.

It is very important to check these details before placing any order. A processed order cannot be modified, so it would be very difficult to change the delivery data afterwards.

If you wish to modify the billing data of an already issued bill (the order has already been placed and paid), you should contact the Customer Service team, choosing the subject of the matter so that they can handle it as quickly as possible.

The marketing of products in Perfumes Club is exclusively aimed at the final consumer. Therefore, the company will not modify the invoices available on the website for each client, nor will it refund VAT.
