Warranty. Return of non-conforming products
Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive an unwanted item, an item with a factory defect or one in poor condition. Perfume’s Club is responsible for this under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.
According to this regulation, the products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months after he became aware of it.
Perfume’s Club is not responsible for negligent or improper use of the product purchased.
In case of defective product or a product in bad condition, we will proceed with its replacement. Our carrier will pick up the defective product. It is essential that you accompany it with a copy of the sales invoice.
Once the conditions for the replacement of the product have been verified, a new one will be sent without further delay. All the procedures will be totally free for the consumer.
